AzDelivery2u is your locally owned and independent restaurant delivery and marketing service offering food delivery from a variety of restaurants not traditionally offering delivery to get meals straight to your door.

What are the operation hours?
Monday through Saturday: 9am – 9pm
Sunday: 9am – 8pm

Holidays: Hours may vary.
Please refer to our website for holiday hours.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, for most restaurant partners the minimum order is $15 before tax and delivery fee.

How much does it cost?
Delivery fees vary based on the distance between the restaurant and delivery location. Our delivery fees start at $4.99. To find out exactly how much your delivery fee will be, please type your address and select your restaurant; the delivery fee will automatically load. Current delivery fees:
0-3 miles $4.99
5-7 miles $5.99
7-9 miles $7.99
10 miles $9.99

Over 10 miles, please give us a call for a quote.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
AzDelivery2u aims to deliver orders within 45-60 minutes from the moment your order has been finalized, however order times vary according to various factors such as current traffic, peak hours, weather conditions, size of your order, the speediness of the restaurant you ordered from causing these times to be extended. If we have orders ahead of yours we do not place your order with the restaurant until our driver can go pick it up, therefore regardless of the quoted time, your food should arrive hot and fresh.

Should I call the restaurant for questions about my order or customer service?

I have a large catering order, how much notice do you need?
We suggest that you order 24hrs in advance for special events and specific delivery times. We can do same day catering orders but for orders of more than 10 entrees or time-specific orders, ordering at least 2 hours in advance will minimize delays. AzDelivery2u online ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery by letting you choose your time whether it’s today, tomorrow or next week from now. AzDelivery2u gives you flexibility for all your meal planning.

I do not live in your service area; can I still order from you?
We are continuously expanding our service area. Depending on the order amount, exact location, and how much notice we are given, we may be able to serve you. Any deliveries outside of the service area will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is it necessary to tip the driver?
The gratuity is not included in the delivery fee.
All tips go directly to out delivery drivers, so please, be considerate of their efforts. Our drivers pride themselves in the service that they provide. Drivers use their own vehicles gas, and cell phones. Like a waiter, they live on the tips they receive from customers. Unlike a waiter, they are generally only working on the customer’s order at a time so they can usually complete 1-2 deliveries an hour. If a customer doesn’t tip on an order, the driver may actually lose money on the order when taking into consideration the cost of gas.
Most people tip between 15-25% on larger orders and $4-$5 on small orders. If you feel that the service from the driver was unsatisfactory, please contact us at 480-257-5503 or contactus@azdelivery2u.com so that we can do our best to address the issue and ensure excellent service on future orders.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master card, American express, Discover, and cash. We do not currently accept personal checks.

Is my information secure?
Yes. All of your details, including your credit card details, are encrypted using industry-strength security and transmitted over a secure link to our servers.
